The material enclosed is copyrighted. You do not have resell rights or giveaway rights to the material provided herein. Only customers that have purchased this material are authorized to view it.

You are able to print as many times as you would like for personal or single church use. However, the material cannot be given to anyone else. In order to own material / digital file, it must be purchased. This file is never to be emailed to anyone else for the purpose of giving it to them or sharing it with them. 

Do not post files or images from materials received on a blog, website or anything like it for the purpose of giving it away, sharing it or selling it. Do not change materials in any way with the exception of contractual graphic design projects including mailers and digital posts without the written permission of Essential Church Management Solutions. Do not use all or part of materials for commercial use in any way.

Anything that is not meant for the intended use of this file, which is for personal or single use is not allowed. We are offering material as a digital file for the convenience of our customers. Any abuse of that is not allowed. 

Purchaser/customer/reader acknowledges and agrees that Essential Church Management Solutions services may contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by intellectual- and proprietary-right laws. By Subscribing or becoming a Member of Essential Church Management Solutions company and its website, purchaser/customer/reader agree to receive unsolicited information on an array of company services and topics plus receive alerts, sale notifications, reviews, announcements, new releases and general company and product advertisements.

Essential Church Management Solutions, its company, owners, agents or affiliates, will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special incidental and punitive and consequential damages, lost profits, advertisement errors, misrepresentations or the like.
